About Us:
Titan SmartTech is a Singapore-based industrial solutions company specializing in water, environmental, and industrial technologies aimed at enhancing sustainability, reliability, and performance. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking a proactive, hunter-type Business Development Manager to drive regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers.
- Manage the project pipeline and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals and support tender submissions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.
- Proven experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Water or Wastewater Treatment.
- Experience with Environmental Solutions.
- Familiarity with EPC or Engineering Services.
- Exposure to Industrial Infrastructure or Utilities sectors.
Language & Travel:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
