About the role:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant to join our Perth team. The role will be managing our service sales portfolio with a strong focus on targeting recoveries of units back into our portfolio You will be working in collaboration with the Operations teams to deliver and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of Service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.

The Package:

  • OTE $170k upwards (on target earnings)

  • Competitive base + 12% Super + Comms

Key Accountabilities:

  • Relationships negotiating with existing contracted customers

  • Preparation and submission of tenders

  • Contract negotiations

  • Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role

  • A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline

  • Exposure to selling services to property management companies, strata corporations and building owners

  • Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts

  • Strong time management and planning skills
