En tant que Business Development Manager, Treatment Mixer H/F, vous ĂȘtes responsable du dĂ©veloppement rentable et durable de la gamme Flygt Mixers sur votre pĂ©rimĂštre. VĂ©ritable pilote du business, vous dĂ©finissez et dĂ©ployez la stratĂ©gie commerciale, dĂ©veloppez les opportunitĂ©s clĂ©s et positionnez nos solutions comme des rĂ©fĂ©rences sur le marchĂ©.

đŸ› ïž Vos principales responsabilitĂ©s

  • Piloter les objectifs de ventes et le budget rĂ©gional de la gamme Mixers 📈

  • DĂ©velopper les ventes projets en amont et influencer les prescriptions auprĂšs des bureaux d’études, consultants et ingĂ©nieurs

  • Construire, dĂ©velopper et gĂ©rer le pipeline commercial rĂ©gional et la stratĂ©gie de canaux

  • Animer et accompagner les partenaires et rĂ©seaux de vente indirects afin d’atteindre les objectifs

  • Agir comme expert produit rĂ©gional, en apportant des insights marchĂ©, prix et concurrence

  • Analyser la performance business et les conditions de marchĂ©, et dĂ©finir des plans d’actions pour atteindre les objectifs financiers

  • Identifier les besoins du marchĂ©, le positionnement concurrentiel et les tendances technologiques

  • Mener des Ă©tudes de marchĂ©, des actions Voice of Customer et des visites clients en lien Ă©troit avec le Product Management global

  • Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes Marketing et Product Management pour dĂ©ployer des plans de lancement rĂ©gionaux et locaux (lancements produits, applications, thought leadership)

  • Assurer des formations produits, des lancements et un rĂŽle de conseil auprĂšs des clients et partenaires 🎓

🎯 Your role

As Business Development Manager Treatment Mixer, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth of the Flygt Mixer product line within your region. Acting as a true business owner, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, develop key opportunities and position our solutions as best-in-class.

đŸ› ïž Key responsibilities

  • Own regional sales targets and budget for the Mixer business 📊

  • Lead front-end project sales and drive specifications through consultants and engineers

  • Develop, manage and grow the regional sales funnel and channel strategy

  • Manage and support indirect sales channels and partners to achieve their targets

  • Act as the regional product expert, providing market, pricing and competitive insights

  • Monitor business performance and market conditions, defining actions and countermeasures to achieve financial targets

  • Understand market requirements, competitive positioning, and market & technology trends

  • Conduct product-related market research, Voice of Customer initiatives and customer visits in close collaboration with the global Product Management team

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Management to deploy regional and local launch plans (product launches, application focus, thought leadership)

  • Deliver product training sessions, launches and customer consultancy 🎓

  • Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role, ideally within a technical or industrial environment

  • Knowledge of mixers or water treatment solutions is a strong advantage 💧

  • Ability to drive the business autonomously, with a strong sense of ownership

  • Strong sales attitude, with a hunter mindset and the ability to create new opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to win new strategic projects and grow high-impact business

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment, collaborating closely with regional and global teams 🌍
