Business Development Manager, TIP Program

The Business Development Manager,TechnologyIntegrationPartnersis responsible forproactively finding,developingand managing relationships with key strategictechnologyintegrationpartners within the Americas. The Business Development Managerwillutilizea high-level ofbusiness acumen todevelop strategic account plans in collaboration with partners & global counterparts, enable theAxissales organization, and measure the impact of these account engagements on the Americas business.

This role is key in developingcommercializeddigitaltechnology partnerrelationshipsin two key areas prioritized solution acceleration areas (audio, intercom, access control,VMS, and body-worn) as well as traditional security partnershipsThis role is based in our Chelmsford, MAAmericas headquarters.

What you’ll do here as Business Development Manager,TechnologyIntegrationPartners?

  • Proactively find,ownand develop defined strategic accountsto drive the expansion of the Axis technology partner ecosystemand serve as main point of contact,internally and externally for these partnerships

  • Develop and execute robust and strategic account plans,programs,KPIs, goals & milestones through field engagement and collaboration with both global counterparts andtechnologypartner stakeholders

  • Work closely withtechnologypartners toidentifynewmarkets,business opportunities, collaborate on joint sales& marketingefforts, and drive revenue growth through thetechnologypartner channel

  • Build &maintainstrong relationships and communication withtechnology partnerstakeholders, address concerns, and work to strengthen the partnership through effective collaboration and problemsolving

  • Influence global counterparts to align goals andobjectivesfrom an Americasregional perspective

  • Work closely with the Marketing team regionally and globally to promotetechnology partnersolutions

  • Coordinate with Regional, End Customer, Segments, and Distribution sales leadership teams to enable successful partner engagement and drive value

  • Research, evaluate and documentpossibletechnologypartner solutions to compliment Axis’ strategic, high growth solution areas

  • Ensuretechnologypartner strategies and account plans support strategicobjectivesdefined by theAxisBusinessDevelopment,Solutions & Services leadership team

  • Participate in executive level strategy meetings with assignedtechnologypartners

  • Provide feedback onthelong-termtechnologypartnerprogramvision anddeveloper experience

  • Event attendance; serve as a spokesperson, thought leaderand subject matter expert fortechnologypartnerindustry related news, announcements,and activities

  • Develop andmaintaincompetitive intelligence materials thatshowcasethe value proposition of integrating Axis technologies withtechnologypartner solutions

  • Regularly measure&report onthesuccess and performance of assigned accounts,initiativesand programs

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceor related field

  • A minimum of5+years’ experienceinbusinessdevelopmentor similar related experience

Valued but notrequiredskills or experience

  • Sales experience

  • Salesforce experience

  • Microsoft 365experience

  • Axis Certified Professional; qualified candidates to have an opportunity to achieve this certification

  • Industry accreditations such Cisco CCNA, BICSI RCCD, Microsoft MCP, or related

Physical Demands and Travel:

  • Expected travel up to 50% including international travel

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $130,000 - 140,000 OTE Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
