As we expand TikTok Shop in the region, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate adoption and success of TikTok Shop Ads within our top enterprise and mid-market accounts.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager focused on TikTok Shop, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, leading strategic conversations with clients, and positioning TikTok Shop Ads as a core solution in our ecosystem. You will act as a trusted consultant to clients and cross-functional teams, helping brands integrate commerce and media strategies, unlock performance opportunities, and scale their businesses through TikTok Shop.
Success in this role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, client-centricity, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients, with a focus on TikTok Shop adoption and commerce media strategy.
- Act as a subject matter expert in TikTok Shop Ads, educating clients and internal stakeholders on product capabilities, best practices, and roadmap developments.
- Mastering Product and Measurement Knowledge to unlock TikTok Shop opportunities with our main clients
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Client Solutions Team and E-commerce (TikTok Shop) teams to deliver high-impact solutions and integrated media plans.
- Identify key growth opportunities within your client portfolio and develop tailored activation plans to maximize Shop Ads usage and performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and business data to inform strategy, provide actionable recommendations, and build compelling narratives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and category movements to proactively guide client strategy and drive innovation.
- Champion feedback loops with Product and cross-functional teams, sharing insights from clients to improve TikTok Shop solutions.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing initiatives, contributing to case studies, learning sessions, and strategic alignment across teams.
- Focus on business development and sales and upsell skills to unlock new opportunities.
