
In your role as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial
growth through the proactive identification, qualification and development of new business opportunities aligned with Ingenuity's strategic objectives. Operating at the front end of Ingenuity's Sales Process, you will identify prospective clients, generate qualified Leads, develop commercial relationships and progress opportunities through qualification and Alignment Meetings. Your primary focus is the creation of a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities that support sustainable revenue growth.
You will represent Ingenuity confidently within the market by initiating new conversations, strengthening our brand presence and positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in advanced technology product development. Through insightful questioning, commercial judgement and disciplined opportunity management, you will help prospective clients understand their challenges, define their objectives and determine whether Ingenuity is the right development partner.
Working closely with the Technical Sales Engineer, you will ensure qualified opportunities are
transitioned into technical discovery, solution development and proposal preparation with complete commercial context. You will remain commercially engaged throughout the sales process by supporting stakeholder engagement, maintaining client relationships and progressing opportunities through to a commercial outcome.
Success in this role is measured through disciplined business development activity, pipeline
quality, opportunity progression, forecast accuracy and contribution to Ingenuity's revenue objectives.
