Position: Business Development Manager (Staff Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff outsourcing and staff augmentation, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the staff outsourcing and staff augmentation division
• Identify and target potential clients in various sector in UK, GCC, Pakistan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all staffing needs
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and onboard top talent for client projects
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company's services and expand the client base
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or staffing industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the staff outsourcing and staff augmentation market in Pakistan
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
