Job Description

Location: Remote (Europe) — Work from home; potential office setup in Dubai in the future

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Business Development Manager (title to be confirmed) to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships in Europe/CIS. This is a fully remote, results-driven role for someone who thrives on closing deals, hitting KPIs, and working independently across time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new merchant and partner relationships across APAC, LATAM, and Africa.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets while managing a robust pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, including technical and contractual terms, with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively grow and maintain a network of merchants in high- to medium-risk sectors.
  • Deliver clear reporting on sales performance and revenue growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, compliance) to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the high-risk payments landscape.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in the payments industry, especially in high- to medium-risk verticals (Forex, Binary, iGaming, Sports Betting, Crypto).
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs; numbers-driven and highly motivated by revenue growth.
  • Must have network of FIAT high-risk merchants.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.
  • Established network of merchants and partners in CIS and European regions.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to work across time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of alternative payment methods and high-risk payment processing.
  • Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
