Job Description
We’re looking for ambitious, relationship-driven sales professionals eager to help scale a rapidly growing fintech in the home lending space. As a Broker Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the company to mortgage brokers — building trust, educating them on our lending solutions, and driving consistent loan volume through long-term partnerships.
You don’t need prior finance experience — we’ll teach you that. What matters most is a proven record of success in fast-paced, high-performance sales environments such as SaaS, tech, or financial services.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mortgage brokers within our aggregator network. Build lasting relationships that translate into consistent loan flow.
- Lead broker meetings and presentations to explain our low-deposit home loan products. Learn our credit policies and tailor conversations to each broker’s client base — from first-home buyers to high-value clients.
- Be proactive in uncovering opportunities, asking the right questions, and moving deals forward quickly with urgency and clarity.
- Review specific loan situations and apply credit policy knowledge to offer clear, confident advice to brokers.
- Build trust through responsiveness, reliability, and deep product knowledge.
- Attend industry events, network widely, and strengthen our presence in your territory.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Proven success in sales or relationship management, ideally within SaaS, fintech, lending, or other high-growth sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy winning and growing something from the ground up.
