Business Development Manager (PrimeBox)

VN Capital Partners (VNCP) is a dynamic, UAE-based private investment firm with a global footprint and a diversified portfolio valued at over US$500 million. Headquartered in Downtown Dubai, we invest across a range of sectors including real estate, private equity, logistics, and technology. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our PrimeBox venture.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing growth strategies, expanding our market presence, and contributing to the overall success of PrimeBox within our fast-paced and ambitious investment group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base for PrimeBox.

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, lead generation channels, and potential client partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

• Lead contract negotiations and close agreements to maximise profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company-wide objectives.

• Represent VN Capital Partners and PrimeBox at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.

• A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in logistics, technology, or a related sector is highly desirable.
