WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts to sell sponsorship packages for our UK-based premium networking events in the Public Sector. This role can be based in either our London or Crawley office, and is predominantly office-based with flexibility available following successful completion of probation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achievement, commission, and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

THE ROLE:

• Close and repeat high-value sponsorship sales
• Plan and engage with KPIs across activity and closed sales
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to build accounts
• On-site face-to-face client management and event execution
• Identify and secure new clients with major account potential
• Manage and update your sales pipeline within Salesforce (CRM)
• Gather product and company feedback from clients and prospects

ABOUT YOU:

• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, ideally within event sponsorship
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing existing client accounts
• Able to sell a concept and take a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable working US hours when required
• Experienced across multiple sales platforms, including telephone, email, social, and in-person

CSM do not ‘usually’ offer sponsorship for this role
