Job Description

This role requires the candidate to work in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.

Client Overview

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of new energy electrical equipment specializing in low-voltage electrical products and renewable energy infrastructure solutions. The company designs, develops, and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of electrical protection and power distribution products that support solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions (ESS), electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and industrial electrical applications.

With strong in-house research and development capabilities and advanced manufacturing facilities, the organization supplies products to major domestic infrastructure projects while expanding its presence across international markets, particularly throughout Europe. As part of its global growth strategy, the company is investing in localized sales channels, distribution networks, and operational infrastructure to strengthen its position within the rapidly growing renewable energy and electrical equipment industries.

Job Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's business across Poland by driving customer acquisition, distributor development, channel management, and market expansion activities. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with electrical distributors, EPC contractors, system integrators, industrial manufacturers, and other strategic customers while managing the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment.

Working closely with headquarters, supply chain teams, and local partners, the successful candidate will lead sales growth, establish local operational infrastructure, manage channel pricing strategies, oversee customer relationships, and provide market intelligence to support product localization and long-term business expansion. This position is highly suitable for experienced industrial B2B sales professionals with strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical products, renewable energy markets, and established commercial networks across Poland and the Central & Eastern European (CEE) region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and acquiring customers within the electrical, renewable energy, industrial automation, EPC, and distribution sectors across Poland.

  • Build and expand relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, EPC companies, energy storage system integrators, industrial OEMs, and engineering firms.

  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, solution presentations, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and payment collection.

  • Generate new sales opportunities through multiple channels, including online marketplaces, company websites, trade exhibitions, digital outreach, referrals, and direct business development activities.

  • Establish and manage local distribution channels, warehousing coordination, logistics operations, and partner networks across key industrial regions.

  • Develop and maintain effective channel pricing strategies while ensuring pricing consistency and preventing channel conflicts.

  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production planning, order fulfillment, customs clearance, inventory management, and on-time customer deliveries.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, certification requirements, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities across Poland and the Central & Eastern European market.

  • Provide market feedback and product localization recommendations to product development teams, including technical specifications, customer preferences, and regional compliance requirements.

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical seminars, trade associations, and business networking events to strengthen brand awareness and expand market presence.

  • Build long-term customer relationships by maintaining high service quality, gathering customer feedback, and supporting after-sales activities.

  • Manage customer relationships using CRM systems while preparing monthly sales reports covering pipeline performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, repeat business, and channel performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 3–7 years of B2B sales, business development, or industrial distribution experience within electrical products, industrial automation, renewable energy, hardware, building materials, or related industries.

  • Proven experience developing distributor networks, channel partners, and strategic customer relationships within Poland.

  • Strong understanding of industrial B2B sales processes, account management, channel development, and commercial negotiations.

  • Familiarity with low-voltage electrical products, including circuit protection devices, switching equipment, surge protection, power distribution systems, and renewable energy electrical components.

  • Experience serving customers within renewable energy, solar PV, energy storage, industrial manufacturing, EPC, or electrical contracting industries is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the Polish industrial market and familiarity with the Central & Eastern European (CEE) business landscape will be an advantage.

  • Experience coordinating with international manufacturing or supply chain teams is preferred.

  • Strong business development capability with the ability to identify high-value customers and develop effective commercial strategies.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace or equivalent business productivity tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently within a growing international organization.

  • Native-level Polish communication skills are required. Professional English communication skills are mandatory for collaboration with international teams. Additional Central or Eastern European language capabilities will be considered an advantage.
