Business Development Manager Poland, LHHLeadership Development and Career Transition & Mobility

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys engaging with senior HR and business leaders on strategic talent challenges.

Language:

  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Polish

In this role you can expect to

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop tailored proposals across LHH’s solution portfolio across Leadership Development and Career Transition & Mobility
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual agreements
  • Consistently penetrate new accounts and engage senior-level stakeholders
  • Work in complex buying environments with multiple decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client delivery
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Deliver against revenue targets and KPIs in a structured and disciplined way

All About You You bring:

  • Proven success in B2B new business development in a consultative / solution-selling environment(HR services, talent management, consulting, coaching, assessments, HR tech, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders (HRD, CHRO, business leaders)
  • A consistent track record of winning new clients and growing accounts
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with a structured sales approach
  • Confidence in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing capability
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with virtual, international teams
