Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand wholesale and import business
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, and key clients
• Prepare and review sales quotations; draft contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and
partners
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and cooperation agreements with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and manage sales channels effectively
• Conduct market research and provide analysis reports to support business planning
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export, wholesale, or industrial equipment (e.g., pumps)

• Proven experience in managing distributor/wholesaler networks and achieving sales targets
• Familiar with international trade regulations, import processes, and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience in preparing sales quotations and drafting contracts/agreements
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Results-driven with strong business acumen and market awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
