At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we partner with schools and communities to deliver high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programs that make a difference in children’s lives.

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our NSW/ACT portfolio by securing new school partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand our services. • Preparing winning tenders and proposals, tailored to the needs of individual schools and their communities.
  • Presenting to key decision-makers and confidently negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Assessing commercial viability by developing financial models and ensuring proposed services meet profitability expectations.
  • Representing JAG externally at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
  • Managing your sales pipeline through CRM systems, maintaining accurate data and reporting on performance and market trends.
  • Partnering with Service Delivery to ensure a smooth handover of new services and that commitments made during the sales process can be delivered operationally.

You’re a motivated self-starter who thrives on finding opportunities, building relationships and converting prospects into successful partnerships. You’re commercially astute, solutions-focused and comfortable managing your own territory.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated track record of winning new business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with negotiation and developing commercially sound proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience researching opportunities, preparing tenders and developing tailored sales proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling or commercial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • A willingness to travel throughout NSW and ACT, including occasional overnight stays when required.

Experience working within a school community or the education sector will be highly regarded. A qualification in Business, Marketing or Sales is desirable.
