We’re not looking for a “salesperson.”

We’re looking for a doer, someone who gets out there, takes action, closes deals, and builds and leads customer relationships from first outreach to finished campaign.

Tasks

  • Business Development / Hunter (~50%): Identify, contact, and win new decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies, online, at trade fairs, and conferences. Convert warm inbound leads from our marketing engine and build your own outbound pipeline through existing clients and cold audiences.
  • Strategic Account Management (~30%): Manage a portfolio of existing accounts that we will hand over to you, strategically, developing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Focus on accounts with highest growth potential while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project Support (~20%): Support the project team on campaign execution during our current growth stage, staying connected to delivery and outcomes as we build dedicated operational structures. This ratio will decrease as we scale.
  • Shape Your Future Role: As we grow, you'll actively design how these responsibilities evolve. High performers will have the opportunity to specialize in Hunter/New Business or grow into Team Lead, building their own sales arm and defining the future sales structure.
  • Innovation & Growth: Experiment with new sales approaches, bring your expertise to the table, and take ownership of new ideas. Work closely with Marketing, Product & Operations to build the sales machine of tomorrow.

Requirements

  • Big communication talent / already having sales experience is an advantage: ideally in marketing, media, or agency environment with proven track record of closing deals and building pipelines
  • Fluency in English and in either German or French is a strong advantage for this position, as we operate in multiple international markets.
  • Existing network and relationships: relevant decision-makers, contacts, and agencies you can activate from day one

Benefits

  • Base + Variable Compensation: Target OTE €100,000 in Year 1, Split 50-50 to 65-35, depending on your qualification and no cap Your performance directly drives your success.
  • Minimum salary according to KV Handel (trade): € 2.807,00 gross/month, willingness to significantly overpay based on qualifications and experience
