BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER M/F
45 hours per week
• Identify and win new business opportunities in Air and Ocean freight.
• Grow and retain existing customer accounts.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets, primarily within the Geodis network.
• Translate national and regional sales strategies into local action plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFQs, and customized solutions.
• Ensure CRM usage and sales reporting compliance.
• 5–7 years of proven sales experience in international freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of Air and Ocean products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Field sales and customer acquisition experience is a must
• Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (written and spoken)
