As a Business Development Manager at RIB, you will play a key role in identifying, prospecting and targeting new business opportunities within the construction industry. You will present our innovative software solutions, showcasing their value and impact for potential customers and help them transform their business. If you’re someone who gets a thrill from the chase, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, prospecting and hunting new potential B2B-customers and projects within the construction industry
  • Presenting our software solutions and demonstrating their value to potential customers.
  • Living the full Sales-Cycle: from research and first contacts to closing the deal
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements, as well as collaborating with our Customer Success Management team to ensure efficient and smooth implementation of our solutions
  • Following up on sales activities and ensuring continuous reporting to the Sales Management team


Essential Requirements

  • Experience in selling software solutions (SaaS), ideally within the construction and engineering sector
  • Ability to sell values (solution selling) to different target groups & stakeholders
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to stay motivated and overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Technical understanding and the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and understandable manner
  • A proactive and self-driven approach to the sales process
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing sales agreements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and its challenges will be an advantage
  • Proficient Danish and fluent English language skills
  • Valid driving license
