About the Team
We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. TikTok is redefining how brands measure advertising effectiveness in a privacy-first, cross-media world. We are seeking a Business Development, Measurement Lead to drive strategic partnerships across TikTok’s global measurement ecosystem, spanning lift, outcomes, attribution, media mix modeling, brand safety and verification, and cross-media planning and measurement.
In this role, you will own and scale TikTok’s measurement partnerships portfolio, forging new relationships with industry-leading partners while deepening existing ones. You’ll work closely with Partner Management, Product, Marketing Science, Product Strategy, Sales, Legal, and Finance to accelerate adoption, unlock revenue, and ensure TikTok delivers trusted, advertiser-grade measurement at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and negotiations with new and existing measurement partners, including pricing frameworks, volume commitments, and renewals.
- Own and scale TikTok’s global measurement partnerships portfolio across lift, outcomes, attribution, cross-media planning and measurement, and verification solutions.
- Partner closely with Product, Partner Management, and Marketing Science to influence roadmap priorities and launch new measurement capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging measurement technologies, methodologies, and partners, developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations aligned with TikTok’s measurement strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Strategy to operationalize partnerships and support advertiser adoption.
- Represent TikTok in external partner engagements, industry forums, and strategic measurement initiatives.
