We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and grow our network of HNW/UHNW clients. The ideal candidate will have strong networks within the Chinese-Australian business community and a passion for private wealth, investments, and family office services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's long-term goals.

  • Understand clients' wealth needs, family dynamics, and investment goals to introduce tailored service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
  • Stay current on market trends and relevant investment opportunities to engage clients meaningfully.

  • Track and report BD activity metrics; refine approach based on feedback and results.
  • Help develop marketing materials and client pitch decks tailored to target segments.

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated track record in business development or relationship management within private banking, wealth management, or the family office space.
  • Deep network among HNW or UHNW individuals, particularly within the Chinese-Australian community.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a boutique environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mandarin skills are essential.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing new client relationships.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team with a clear vision and a growing presence in Australia's HNW space.
  • Work alongside former institutional professionals.
  • Enjoy a flexible and collaborative culture where your efforts have a direct impact on firm growth and success.
  • Attractive performance-based incentives and partnership opportunities for top performers.
