Business Development Manager
A growing national organization is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and channel development. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, business development, negotiations, and account growth.
- Identify, develop, and onboard new business partners while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and strategic support.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Analyze performance data and business metrics to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or channel sales.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and close business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred
- Experience managing dealer, distributor, reseller, franchise, or channel partner relationships.
- Knowledge of asset valuation, inventory management, or secondary market sales.
- Experience in transportation, automotive, equipment, fleet, logistics, or related industries.
