Business Development Manager Logistics

• Salary: R25 000 to R35 000 plus commission

• Securing new transport contracts across mining, industrial and commercial sectors
• Creating customised logistics proposals that win
• Building trusted relationships with key decision-makers
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and getting rewarded for it
• Staying sharp on industry trends, freight rates, and competitor activity
• Representing the business at events, forums, and trade expos

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in transport/logistics
• Solid knowledge of national and cross-border taut liner freight
• Exposure to side tipper operations in mining environments
• Strong commercial acumen and confident presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and close new business
