Business Development Manager KSA (Construction)

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 (Total Package) Experience: 5–8 Years Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Eligibility: Candidates currently residing in KSA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network in the Saudi construction market who can bring new construction projects, particularly villa construction, residential buildings, and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and secure new construction projects, particularly villa, residential, and commercial building projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate developers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Utilize existing business networks to bring new projects and generate revenue.
• Identify upcoming construction opportunities and potential clients across KSA.
• Arrange client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and secure construction contracts.
• Develop business proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with estimation, technical, procurement, and project teams.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Achieve business development targets and expand the company's construction portfolio.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction business development.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong existing network of clients, developers, contractors, consultants, and vendors in KSA.
• Proven track record of bringing villa and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
