At Kruså Dairy, we are looking for a commercially minded and highly structured Business Development Manager who can connect strategy, people and execution. Working closely with the Site Director and the site leadership team, you will help shape the direction of the dairy and ensure that the right priorities and projects move forward.

As Business Development Manager, you will act as a trusted sparring partner and right hand to the Site Director. You will consolidate input from across the site, translate strategic ambitions into a clear business plan and create alignment on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest value. The environment is fast-moving, and priorities can change quickly, so your ability to bring structure, remain agile and keep stakeholders connected will be key.

The role is based at Kruså Dairy, where you will work closely with the Site Director, the site leadership team and key stakeholders across Arla, including Finance and CAPEX colleagues in Viby. While the role offers a high degree of independence, your success will depend on your ability to involve others, listen to different perspectives and create shared ownership of the site’s agenda. There is flexibility to balance time on site and working from home in line with business and team needs.
