About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding their presence and launching new products in the IVD Healthcare sector. This position requires proactive leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute plans effectively. You will collaborate closely with regional and local teams to conduct market research, engage key opinion leaders (KOLs), and drive the development of innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through proactive outreach and cold calling to prospective customers
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for expanding the client base
Qualifications
Proven track record in new product launches and expanding customer base
Ability to work independently while also being a dynamic team player
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives
Commitment to excellence and resilience in overcoming challenges
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
