We are seeking a High Impact Business Development Professional to lead senior client engagement across the Leasing Vertical for the Italian and Spanish markets. This role focuses on building new client relationships and converting them into revenue generating partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Leasing, Fleet Management, Short Term Hire, Short Term Rental or automotive data sales, with a proven record of opening new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert prospects in to the leasing, fleet management, short term rental markets.

Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Client Engagement: Create compelling pitches and solutions demos, presentations, and workshops tailored to client needs.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales approach.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated success in new business development, with a strong portfolio of closed deals

3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive, SaaS, or data solutions to the leasing, fleet management, short term rental environments

Deep understanding of the Global markets & how to engage at the appropriate levels to achieve success

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).

Familiarity with API-based solutions and digital platforms.
