Position:

Business Development Manager (IP&E)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of current supplier data base.
  • Responsible for gathering and prioritizing requirements, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure supplier satisfaction and support the company's overall Growth strategy and goals while staying in continuous communication with customers for market research and feedback.
  • Collaborative Team player with Growth Mindset
  • Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and deliver requirement documents, concepts, and workflow to the development teams.
  • Closely work with Supplier on Promotions of their Products
  • Collaborate with the sales team, prospects, and current customers for feedback on current / future products. Provide the sales team with training and technical knowledge to help sell the product.
  • Works collaboratively between sales, development, operations, and marketing
  • Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.
  • Serves as an expert within own discipline.
  • Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements for current and future products and deliver requirement documents/mock-up screens to the development teams.
  • Supplier Management - identifying new potential suppliers, executing new supplier setup process, verifying supplier matrix, reviewing contractual terms and agreements, negotiating pricing and asset return allowance, reviewing monthly point of sales report and inventory report with the supplier.

Job Complexity

  • Is accountable for the performance of the Supplier KPI. Strategy and Planning to Grow Supplier customer Base across India
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Exceptional Problem-solving abilities and Attention to Details
  • Proven track record of driving Revenue growth building strong Relationship with supplier and Promoting Products to the Target Market.
  • Ability to Make the Marketing presentation, communication skills and Negotiation skills.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • 8-12 years' work experience
  • Ability to learn & working with principles to the market.
  • Must be able to work independently and work well with the sales team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to interface at all levels within the organization
  • Strong sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule
  • Experience in working with international and cross-functional teams
