Job Description

The role : Business Development Manager / Inside Sales (M/F/X)

Date : Starting summer 2026

Your Responsibilities:

Business & Strategic Development

Your main focus will be to develop new business relationships and open accounts to participate in our business expansion.

  • Develop a short- & medium-term sales strategy aimed at improving revenue growth within your scope (targeting, territory management, business expansion, Sales enablement)
  • Prospect to identify and generate sales opportunities (cold calling, emailing, social selling, automation, multichannel approach, etc.).
  • Prepare and lead sales meetings with potential new customers.
  • Qualify needs of your customers and propose best tailored solutions.
  • Close deals with new customers and develops new business accounts.
  • Negotiate customers renewals and rates improvement
  • Follow up of your customers’ projects
  • Identify and Analysis key sectoral, technological and competitive elements by delivering Market Intelligence activity
  • Keep our CRM (Hubspot) and our financial/administrative tool (BoondManager) and processes up to date.
  • Contribute to documentation of business elements.

Recruitment & Management

  • Help define the recruitment strategy in line with your needs, and guide the recruitment teams to achieve results.
  • Participating in the candidate recruitment process through interviews and sourcing
  • Support the recruitment team in the search of profiles
  • Manage and monitor relations with the consultants within your scope, defining their career paths and guiding the relationship with their clients.
  • Be the main point of contact to ensure the satisfaction of the consultants in your scope
  • Participate in mid-year and end of year review of consultants
  • Operational management of multiple teams (SDR and Recruitment)
  • Cultivate the extra mile spirit in all sales contact points.

What we are looking for:

  • A personality! A self-motivated, persevering individual with a strong desire to get involved, to make an impact, and to take part in an ambitious entrepreneurial project as part of a passionate and motivated team.
  • A keen sense of business, with a desire to develop a "sales mindset".
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and results-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with modern sales organizations (SDR, AE, AM)
  • Familiar with CRM (ideally HubSpot)
  • Previous experience in a similar field would be a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential. Speaking Spanish and/or German is a plus.
