Job Description


As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Application Owners, and Engineering teams to plan and coordinate application migration activities

  • Lead impact assessments for application migrations to Microsoft Entra ID and future IAM architecture

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams

  • Drive communication with application owners regarding:

  • Application discovery initiatives

  • Migration to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms

  • Decommissioning requirements (e.g., DUAM)

  • Coordinate completion of application discovery templates through follow-ups, workshops, and stakeholder meetings

  • Validate and identify correct application ownership in collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Ensure continuous stakeholder engagement to align migration plans with business needs

  • Create and maintain key documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and migration plans

  • Support risk assessments and define mitigation strategies for migration-related challenges

  • Guide business users through organizational change via training, communication, and support

  • Track, monitor, and report migration progress, proactively identifying and escalating risks or blockers

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of overall experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or IAM-focused roles

  • Strong expertise in Azure IAM technologies including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Governance (IGA)

  • Proven experience in application migration and transformation programs

  • Strong understanding of IAM architecture and security best practices

  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and documentation capabilities

You Should Possess the Ability To:

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions

  • Drive and manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions

  • Coordinate large-scale migration activities with minimal supervision

  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness during discovery and migration phases

  • Adapt quickly in dynamic, transformation-driven environments
