Recently acquired by Fluiconnecto RYCO the world leader in Hydraulic solutions, Gerrard Hydraulics is a recognised WA hydraulic sales and service provider based in Canning Vale. The team supplies and services hydraulic components and distributes Oilpath, Baker and Ryco hoses and fittings across industry sectors.

About the Role

Drive new business and grow strategic accounts across WA, combining hydraulic hose and fittings expertise with consultative sales. Visit customers, uncover needs, quote solutions and build long-term partnerships from the Canning Vale team.

Duties

• Visit existing and prospective customers to uncover opportunities.
• Grow margin and revenue through solution-based sales.
• Monitor customer needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Quote, negotiate pricing and manage credit terms.
• Develop recommendations to secure major accounts

Skills & Experience

• Hydraulic hose and fittings sales experience essential.
• Technical customer service or consultative sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-focused approach to business development.
• Current Australian working rights.
