At Ingram Micro, we're looking for a Business Development Manager HPE Juniper to strengthen our growing Networking & Security business in Belgium As Juniper becomes an increasingly strategic part of the HPE portfolio, you'll play a key role in driving market adoption, developing partner relationships, and unlocking new business opportunities across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your role in our team

As Business Development Manager HPE Juniper, you'll join our Networking & Security organization and become a trusted advisor for our reseller community and vendor partners.

Your mission is to accelerate the growth of the HPE Juniper portfolio by helping partners understand the value of modern networking and security solutions. While traditional networking remains important, the real opportunity lies in positioning security-led networking solutions that help customers address today's increasingly complex IT challenges.

You will collaborate closely with internal specialists, vendors, and channel partners while contributing to the continued expansion of Ingram Micro's HPE Juniper business.

The position in a nutshell

In this role, you will:

• Drive growth and market development for the HPE Juniper portfolio.
• Build and strengthen relationships with reseller partners and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities across networking and network security solutions.
• Develop and execute business plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Position HPE Juniper solutions to partners and support partner enablement activities.
• Collaborate with technical specialists on customer opportunities and solution positioning.
• Manage pipeline development and help partners expand their networking and security business.
• Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Account Management, or Solution Sales within the IT sector.
• A background in Networking, Network Security, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, or Enterprise IT Solutions
• Experience with technologies or vendors such as Juniper, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Arista, Netgear, Zyxel, Ubiquiti, or similar networking vendors
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business value for partners.
• Experience working with vendors, distributors, resellers, or system integrators.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• French is considered a strong asset.
