Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share for STAAH’s hospitality software solutions
Identify and engage with hotels, hotel groups and hospitality partners across the region
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity and customer needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to deliver tailored proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively
Track KPIs and revenue targets, providing regular performance reports to management
Stay up to date with OTA dynamics, industry trends and revenue management best practices
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5 years’ experience in business development or sales within:
Revenue Management Software, and/or
Hospitality technology solutions
Strong knowledge of:
Hotel distribution systems
OTAs
Property Management Systems (PMS)
Pricing and revenue strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Familiarity with revenue management platforms is highly desirable
