About the Role
You’ll shape and execute Aggreko’s commercial growth strategy in Greece, focusing on complex, energy‑intensive customers and large‑scale projects.
You will:
Lead go‑to‑market strategy for power and energy solutions in Greece
Build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and infrastructure customers: Data Center, Mining, Shipping, Utilities
Develop long‑term opportunities across major projects and energy‑intensive sectors
Represent Aggreko with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Drive sustainable revenue and market share growth
Key Responsibilities
Expand Aggreko’s customer base across commercial, industrial, and public‑sector organisations
Develop and deliver an annual sales plan focused on revenue, margin, and growth
Identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts through consultative selling
Lead negotiations, presentations, and contract closure with senior decision‑makers
Collaborate with operational, technical, and legal teams to ensure successful delivery
What We’re Looking For
Degree in business or technical studies (or equivalent experience)
Significant experience in B2B sales, ideally within energy, power, or infrastructure solutions
Strong understanding of procurement, bidding, and tender processes
Experience working with large‑scale or energy‑intensive customers in Greece
Fluent Greek and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
