Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead growth initiatives within the Aviation, Defense, Marine, and Consulting sectors. This role is critical in driving business expansion, securing high-value contracts, and forging strategic partnerships with government entities, OEMs, and industry stakeholders. Other information includes:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across aviation, defense, marine, and consulting divisions.

  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies for regional and international growth.

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with government clients, OEMs, suppliers, and key partners.

  • Lead proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ/tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and procurement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, Defense, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.

  • Proven success in the Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting industries.

  • Hands-on experience in government procurement and B2G sales in the GCC (UAE preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in securing high-value projects/contracts.
