About the Team:

Our Language Management Center (LMC) offers a wide range of translation and localization services to all functional teams within the company, including Global Business Solutions and Global Monetization Product and Technology.

About the Role

The team’s working scope includes written content featured on the TikTok for Business official website, external communication materials, sponsorship plans, marketing solutions, training decks, and articles posted on our Knowledge Center. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team who is passionate about business development and who has a proven record in managing localization projects.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with all stakeholders worldwide while being an advisor to stakeholders to help them resolve problems and anticipate future needs through regular, ongoing communication.

- Develop globalization strategy to ensure future-proof processes through the integration of AI technologies.

- Drive localization process adoption and be accountable for on-time delivery to achieve optimal business outcomes for stakeholders.

- Facilitate business process workshops and ensure participants acquire the necessary knowledge regarding localization processes, best practices, and quality control.

- Take a leading role in ensuring that stakeholders are successfully onboarded to LingoValley (Internal project management system) in accordance with the scope of their project needs.

- Analyze data, conduct CSAT surveys, and assess stakeholders' requirements and expectations to translate insights into feasible solutions and measurable metrics.

- Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback, align standards, and troubleshoot all project-related issues.

- Oversee all aspects of feedback and identify potential obstacles.
