Business Development Manager Germany – Machine Vision

The office location is north of Munich.

Tasks

  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Germany in industrial automation, Machine Vision, and related sectors.
  • Identify and acquire strategically important new customers and target industries for the client's products and technologies.
  • Build up and nurture long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, deliver compelling product presentations, and work closely with customers to ensure the successful implementation of complex, high-value applications.
  • Analyze the market, customers, and competitive situation to continuously improve the sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development for technical high-end products in the Machine Vision industry.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Marketing, or Economics or a related education.
  • Solid technical understanding of LED-lighting and optical systems - preferably in the Machine Vision industry - is a plus.
  • Willingness to take over responsibility for our client's business in Germany and drive
    sustainable growth.
  • Self-motivated and hands-on personality with leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
