ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you will play an important role in expanding Ovoko’s presence in the German and Austrian automotive industry and the used car parts market. You will focus on the partnerships with software providers for car dismantlers, and used car parts sellers. 
Based in Vilnius, this role will help to unlock growth by directly engaging with our clients and partners. If you’re ready to drive growth, build partnerships, and bring innovation to the automotive sector, we want to hear from you.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MANAGE THE FULL SALES CYCLE BY:

  • Account Management: proactively manage relationships with car dismantlers, consulting them on performance to drive upselling and gathering feedback from top clients.
  • Acquisition & Onboarding: identify and onboard high-potential sellers, guiding them through the entire cycle - from outreach and value proposition to their first orders.
  • Growth Initiatives: drive regional GMV growth through commercial experiments and represent Ovoko at key automotive business events.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Native/Fluent German speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership development, account management, or related fields.
  • A hands-on, self-driven executor eager to build a new business area with a Go-To-Market approach.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to market changes.
  • Ability to think outside the box to sell a compelling vision.
  • Willingness to travel and represent Ovoko in regional automotive business events and communities.
  • Previous experience in the automotive business is a significant advantage.
SALARY
The offered salary for this position is 2800 - 5000 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
