Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in insurance sales in the UAE either with insurers or brokers.

You will manage your own book of business and lead growth initiatives across General Insurance, including Medical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business and renewals independently in the first year
• Based on performance, 2nd year, build and lead a 3-member sales team
• Manage SME, corporate, and individual client portfolios
• Coordinate with insurers for competitive underwriting

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years UAE insurance sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Medical, Motor & Non-Motor insurance
• Excellent network with clients and insurers in the region
• Bachelors degree (mandatory)
