Requirements
Key Responsibilities
🔹 GCC Market Outreach
- Identify and target potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement teams
🔹 High-Value Client Relationship Management
- Develop and manage enterprise-level accounts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand client pain points and propose customized AI/IT solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
🔹 Sales Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
- Track leads through CRM and provide weekly forecast reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for proposal submissions
🔹 Strategic Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities in the GCC region
- Build channel partnerships and strategic alliances
- Support brand positioning and market entry strategies
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (preferably in GCC markets)
- Strong understanding of IT/AI/Digital services
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools and sales forecasting
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling UAE or Saudi Arabia clients
- Existing GCC network will be a strong advantage
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred but not mandatory)
