Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business with clients across Consumer Goods, Retail, Manufacturing, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences and other product-centric organizations.
  • Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as supply chain modernization, intelligent manufacturing, customer experience, commerce platforms, product lifecycle management, connected products, cloud, AI and data-driven operations.
  • Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring relevant, industry-focused solutions to market.
  • Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
  • Stay close to market trends, evolving customer expectations, sustainability initiatives, supply chain challenges, regulatory requirements and emerging technologies shaping the Products industry.

Skillsandexperiences

Characteristics that can spell success for this role:

  • Experience selling transformation, consulting or technology services across Microsoft solution areas such as Apps & Infra, Modern Workplace, Business Applications, Data & AI.
  • A background developing complex accounts within Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences or other Products industry organizations.
  • Understanding of key industry challenges including supply chain resilience, manufacturing modernization, customer-centric transformation, sustainability and digital commerce.
  • Ability to understand client priorities, navigate matrixed organizations and shape practical solutions in dynamic and competitive markets.
  • A strong track record in new business development, including opportunity origination, deal shaping and commercial closure.
  • Confidence connecting business challenges with relevant technology, consulting and transformation solutions.
  • Experience leading consultative, solutions-based sales conversations with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
