Business Development Manager, Food Ingredients

Location : Open both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Identify potential markets, industries, and customers to uncover new business opportunities.
• Value Chain Mapping: Analyze value chains to identify gaps and opportunities for participation.
• Market Studies: Conduct studies to estimate sales volumes and seasonal trends.
• Margin Analysis: Evaluate value chain margins to understand profitability.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain connections with potential clients and key stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, R&D, marketing, sales, and product development teams to strategize new product launches and promotions.
• Customer Insights: Translate customer requirements into actionable strategies.
• Sales Driving: Lead efforts to drive sales for identified opportunities.
• Branding Initiatives: Oversee initial branding efforts for selected products.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Country Head on various business development projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in B2B food ingredients sales, with a strong background in business development.
• Education:
  University degree in business or a relevant field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales channels with established contacts.
• Business Acumen: Familiarity with business development processes, costing, and financial analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
