Your role: make impact across France

As Business Development Manager Energy,you’rethe connector. You build relationships with customers and distributors across France and turn opportunities into growth.

You spot trends, scout newprospectsand translate customer needs into smart, scalable solutions. You lead commercial campaigns, set up technicaltrainingsand introduce new products to the market.

You know howto get buy-inbothexternally and internally,and you never lose sight of the bigger picture.

You collaborate closely with colleagues across departments. Together, you align business development, sales strategy,innovationand product positioning. You stay ahead of the competition and help shape the future of our energy offer in France.

Whatyou’lldo

  • Grow our Energy business across France (stationary gas engines, turbines and more)

  • Key Account Managementfrom prospecting to long-term partnerships

  • Monitor market trends and translate them into strategic advice

  • Work with internal teams on pricing,performancedemonstrationand go-to-market strategy

  • Help bring our brand to lifethrough strong positioning and consistent messaging

What you bring

  • A degree in (bio)chemistry, engineering, business,salesor marketing

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or technical environment (preferably lubricants or energy-related)

  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills

  • Fluency in French and English

  • A commercial mindset and deep customer focus

  • You think ahead, act strategically and love working across teams

  • You’reresult-driven and ready to take ownership
