We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager focused on the dealer channel. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships and new business writings through the Dealer network and growing the dealer business in your region, forging strong relationships with Owners, Dealer Principals and Introducers while increasing new business and maintaining margin.

Your ability to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success. A strong sales focus is essential, as you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed sales and profitability targets set by the Head of Dealer. Strong time management and proactive appointment setting will be crucial to maintaining a robust sales pipeline and driving business growth.
