Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing cybersecurity direction and help scale partnerships with international clients. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands consultative sales, can build long-term client relationships, and is excited to work in one of the fastest-growing areas of tech — cybersecurity.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients worldwide, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises across Europe, the US, Australia, and the UAE. The role requires curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultures and business environments.

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closing
  • Conduct client negotiations and align business expectations
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Manage RFIs/RFPs and participate in bidding processes
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical experts during presales
  • Maintain and develop opportunities in CRM
  • Manage sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Participate in client meetings and business presentations
  • Support account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT services
  • Understanding of software development processes and IT services market
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and discipline in execution
  • Cross-cultural communication skills
  • AI prompting skills will be an advantage
