Job Description

To drive business acquisition and portfolio development within the commercial vehicle and construction equipment segment through assessment of customer requirements and identification of lending opportunities.

• Onboard and manage Dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to drive business growth across CV & CE products.
• Lead sourcing and business development activities to achieve portfolio growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Evaluate customer proposals and structure financing solutions in line with credit and business requirements.
• Conduct financial and market analysis to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and key business partners.
• Lead and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and high activity levels to ensure consistent business growth.
• Ensure superior customer service and high-quality sourcing standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Drive cross-selling of liability products and third-party products to maximize customer value.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, and receivables to minimize delinquencies and support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and organizational guidelines.

Experience: 7 to 8 years
