The Business Development Manager (BDM) for MSBU is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of micro miniature connector solutions across the U.S. Consumer Electronics market. Serving as the subject matter expert for the MSBU product portfolio, the BDM possesses deep application knowledge and understands where, how, and why specific connector solutions are utilized across emerging and established consumer device architectures.
As a member of the U.S. Consumer team, the BDM maintains a comprehensive understanding of technology roadmaps, market trends, and product developments across major OEMs. While the role does not own direct customer relationships, success requires exceptional influence without authority, strong collaboration with sales teams, and the ability to create value that makes others seek out and leverage the BDM’s expertise.
The successful candidate will proactively identify growth opportunities, support customer engagements, accelerate opportunity conversion, and partner closely with distribution channel leaders to increase market share and revenue growth for MSBU products.

This position combines the technical depth of a product specialist, the strategic vision of a market developer, and the relationship-building skills of a trusted advisor, making it a critical driver of MSBU growth within the U.S. Consumer Electronics market.
For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000- $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
