Business Development Manager – Complex Care UK (Hybrid/Remote)

An ambitious and fast-growing healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its Complex Care division. Since launching in late 2023, the organisation has scaled rapidly, achieving significant turnover and building a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable staffing solutions across community and clinical settings. With recent regulatory approval to deliver complex care packages in the community, the business is now focused on expanding its footprint and securing new packages nationwide. This is a high-impact role suited to a driven BDM who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new complex care packages within community settings
  • Build and maintain relationships with ICBs, case managers, and private clients
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities
  • Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for complex care services
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development within complex care or healthcare staffing
  • Strong network within ICBs, case management companies, or private healthcare providers
  • Demonstrable track record of winning and growing complex care packages
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment
