
1. Prospecting & Strategy:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with prospective clients to deeply understand their business challenges, processes, and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption of our digital solutions.
2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
- Own and exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing directly to the company's revenue goals.
- Manage the entire sales process, including needs analysis, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
3. Solution Presentation & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and tailored presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
4. Customer Success & Relationship Management:
- Collaborate closely with project implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover and high customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships to secure renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of
proven B2B sales or business development experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience successfully selling application software,
SaaS, or complex digital/technology solutions.
