A Business Development Manager / Bridging Finance BDM is needed to join Bridge Help, a fast growing specialist bridging lender with an ambitious approach to growth. This is an opportunity for an established property finance professional to bring their broker relationships to a lender where decisions are made by experienced people and good opportunities can move quickly.
Bridge Help takes a practical, relationship led approach to lending. Rather than relying on rigid processes, the team works closely with brokers to understand each opportunity, structure sensible solutions and get viable deals completed. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced BDM who already knows the bridging market and can make an immediate impact.
As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of developing new business, growing existing broker relationships and increasing Bridge Help's presence across the specialist property finance market. You'll use your established network to generate opportunities while continuing to identify and develop new broker accounts.
From initial enquiry through to completion, you'll remain closely involved. You'll understand the borrower's requirements, identify quality lending opportunities and work alongside underwriting and case management to structure and progress deals efficiently. Just as importantly, you'll keep brokers informed, build trust and develop relationships that generate repeat business rather than focusing solely on individual transactions.
This is a role for someone who understands bridging finance inside out. You'll know how brokers operate, what makes a strong lending opportunity and how to balance commercial drive with excellent service.
To qualify: You should be an experienced Bridging Finance BDM, Property Finance BDM, Specialist Finance BDM or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
In return, you'll join an ambitious specialist lender where your relationships and experience can have a genuine impact. Expect a competitive basic salary, attractive uncapped commission, hybrid flexibility and the backing of an experienced, supportive team that wants to grow.
If you know the bridging market, have the broker relationships and can turn opportunities into completed deals, this is an excellent platform to build on your success.
