Job Description

About Creed Media

Creed Media Group is a leading global creator marketing agency in music and entertainment. Started in Stockholm in 2018, today we work with the world's biggest artists, labels, platforms, and brands to engineer the moments that break culture and convert attention into measurable growth.

We run two business units. Music works with record labels and artist managers.Brands works with partners who hire us to turn culture into brand outcomes. Today, we are a trusted agency to some of the biggest entertainment brands in the world.

Our mission: To Master Attention and Break Culture.

The Role

We're bringing on a consultant Business Development Manager to grow Brands into consumer: fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and major B2C names we don't currently work with.

You find, pitch, and close new accounts. You own the full sales cycle, from outreach to signed contract. That means getting under the skin of prospective clients before you reach out: understanding their brand, their challenges, and what they're missing. You build proposals that include real ideas, not just scope and price. And you lead the pitch, owning not just the commercial conversation, but the creative presentation too.

You'll also keep a sharp eye on existing clients, spotting opportunities to grow scope, services, or budgets over time.

What you’ll do

  • Hit a personal sales number tied to new consumer-brand revenue.

  • Map the target list and run outbound, cold and warm, at CMO and brand director level.

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposal, pricing, negotiation, close.

  • Build the network. Deals start at dinners, panels, launches, and showrooms long before they hit email.

  • Keep CRM clean, forecast honest, notes clear.

  • Spot opportunities to grow scope, services, or budgets with existing clients.

  • Understand our full offering well enough to match the right solution to the right client - whether that's strategy, creator campaigns, or something bigger.

  • Build proposals that include real ideas, not just scope and price. Own the creative presentation, not just the commercial conversation.

  • Research prospective clients before you reach out. Understand their brand, their current campaigns, and what they're missing.

Cadence: weekly pipeline review with Head of Brands, monthly forecast with the CCO's office.

This role is for someone who gets energy from the hunt - who reads a brand's campaign and immediately sees the gap we could fill. You're senior enough to lead the room, and hungry enough to want to build the book yourself rather than inherit one. If you've been waiting for a role where your earnings reflect what you actually close, this is it.

What sits outside the role

  • Music-side selling (separate team, separate quota)

  • Account delivery and campaign execution — once a contract is signed, PMs and strategists take over.

  • Company-level marketing, brand, or pricing strategy

Who you are

Must-have

  • 3 to 6 years in sales or business development. Personal quota you've carried and hit. You've closed deals you sourced.

  • Track record selling to consumer brands. Ideally fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or major B2C.

  • Comfortable navigating proposals that require both commercial and creative thinking. You've pitched ideas, not just services.

  • You understand brands deeply - what they're doing, why, and what they're missing. You read campaigns the way other people read news.

  • Comfortable leading commercial conversations with CMOs and brand directors. Scope, price, and negotiate without escalation.

  • Network in Nordic or European fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or B2C decision-makers

  • Hunter, not farmer.

  • Stockholm-based and on-site.

  • Fluent Swedish and English.

What we offer

  • A vertical to own. This isn't a seat on a stable book. It's the chance to build the consumer-brand book of a fast-growing agency from the front. Your name will be on it.

  • A real platform to sell from. Creed's Brands departments track record with Spotify, Pophouse, Netflix, HBO Max, and major artists is a credible door-opener into any brand conversation. You're not selling a startup. You're selling a proven agency into a new category.

  • Compensation built for closers. Competitive monthly retainer with an uncapped commission structure tied to closed revenue. Strong performance is well rewarded. Final structure agreed on offer.

  • Direct visibility. You'll work closely with the Head of Brands and the CCO. The deals you close will be visible at company level.

  • A team in motion. Things move fast. You'll have to operate with incomplete information more often than not. If that energizes you, you'll fit.

Creed Media

About Creed Media

Creed Media started with two young entrepreneurs, Tim and Hugo. Two competing minds with big ambitions and a slick know-it-all attitude. The collision was a fact, at least initially. But just as with the Big Bang it led to something, well, bigger. A co-operation and soon enough a friendship that saw the light of Creed Media.

With a wide network of celebrities, influencers, and well-known brands and an attitude to match it, they bought two tickets to the US. The idea was to make it big. Bigger than Sweden. They managed to catch a break in the office building of a well-known record label, by hustling themselves into a meeting. And the rest is history, Creed history.
